NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Hong Kong Triathlon Association Limited (TriHK) is to be held at Meeting Room 1, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on 5^th October 2012 at 1900 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following special resolutions:

1.                That the Memorandum of TriHK be amended and restated substantially in the form as appended to Appendix A herein.

2.                That the Articles of Association of TriHK be amended and restated substantially in the form as appended to Appendix B herein.
