Hong Kong Life and Hong Kong Triathlon Association will donate a total
of HK$20 upon each enrollment received to Hong Kong Blind Sports
Federation "HKBSF" as a support to its sports development of the visually-
impaired. It is an honor that members of HKBSF will participate in the Para
Relay Team on the race day, to promote integration of people with and
without disabilities. |

Race Distance

Course A (Sprint Distance): 750m Swim,20km Bike, 5km Run
Course B:200m Swim, 12km Bike, 1.5km Run
Course C & F: 200m Swim, 8km Bike, 1.5km Run
Course D &E : 200m Swim, 4km Bike, 1.5km Run
All athletes will have their swim start at Tolo Harbour, After finishing their swim course, they will start the bike course at Chong San Road and back to Pak Shek Kok Promenade as run course and cross the finish. |
