Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Triathlon Association Limited will take place on Saturday, 17 December 2011 at the Jockey Club Lecture Theatre, 2/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 3:00 pm to transact the following business:

1.     To receive the President’s report;

2.     To receive the Treasurer’s report;

3.     To consider and approve the audited financial statements of the Association and the reports of the Executive Committee and the independent auditors for the year ended 31 March, 2011;

4.     To elect members to # Executive Committee; and

5.    To appoint auditors

#  According to Articles of our association, the following members will retire by rotation and, being eligible, may stand for re-election: Loong Pui Fung, Andrew (Hon Secretary); Chan Kit Bun, Erik (Member); and Wong Ping Hong, Derek (Member)

       Nominations for these positions and the Vice President position are now invited. Nomination forms can either be downloaded from our website (www.triathlon.com.hk) or be sent to you by fax upon request to the office by telephone at 2504 8282.  Please bring along your HKID card for voting.

Please note that the AGM will be followed by the Annual Awards Ceremony. You are cordially invited to attend the Awards.
