The Annual General Meeting of 14 December 2012 was adjourned by the chairman of the Meeting with the majority consent of the Meeting (under Article 42), due to the time limitations and the confusion over the nominations deadlines. The Adjourned AGM will now be resumed, to conclude the unfinished business of the AGM, on Saturday 26 January 2013, 19:30 hours, at Jockey Club Lecture Theatre, 2/F Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
