Remarks:
- Member should represent only ONE affiliated club during the current calendar year.
- Under the membership category, Junior should be aged 8 to 17 (born on 1 January 1996 to 31 December 2005) and adult should be aged 18 or above. For the category of student, applicants should be a full-time students, studying in a college/institution/university and aged 18 or above. Applicant should submit a copy of full-time student ID card with your application form for record. For online register as our student members, applicant should fax (Fax Number: 2576-8253) a copy of Full time student ID card to TriHK office within 3 days.
- Members of TriHK Affiliated Clubs are entitled for a 40% off discount during 15 Nov 2012 to 28 February 2013. The application form has to be submitted with Affiliated Club chop for discount entitlement. Online application is not applicable offering discounts to members
- No refund would be entertained after submitting of the application form or online registration.
- The membership valid from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.

Registration:
A. For Online Application
- Online Membership Renewal*(For Individual member only, for club member register and renew, please contact your affiliated club to entitle discount.)
B. For Offline Application(Submit with paper form):
- Deposit or Internet transfer the amount due into Hong Kong Bank Savings Account: 502-118375-838, and fax (2576-8253)/email (trihk@triathlon.com.hk) confirmation with this form. OR
- Issue a cheque for the total amount payable to Hong Kong Triathlon Association Ltd and mail together with the application form to Room 1020, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. (Enquiry: 2504-8282)
